You’ll be charged the following rates if your stay in the residence is prolonged for an extra period :
Daily rates
- 35€ for 1 bed space
- 50€ for 2 bed spaces
- 80€ for 3 bed spaces
“Residence Via Carso” holiday house
Rates include:
- Bedlinen and bathroom towels, weekly change
- Weekly cleaning of the bed-sitter
- Car space in a car park for each bed-sitter
- Bills: water, electricity and heating
Optional extras for each bed-sitter:
- Extra cleaning of the flat upon request 20€
- Bedlinen and bathroom towels change during the week 10€ per person
- Bus to reach Fairs
Bond:
You are required to pay a bond upon arrival which will be returned to you when leaving, except for charges due to damages to the room: 100€ per week, 400€ max for a month
Bookings:
You can book a room only after availability of the room has been confirmed, via a money transfer of minimum 100€ only via bank transfer on bank account n. 4609 c/o Banco di Brescia, Como’s branch, ABI 03500 – CAB 10900 – CIN H
The accomodation is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be left vacant by 10am.
