“Residence Via Carso” Holiday house

Residence Carso is located in Via Carso 65, in an elegant building in Como. The flats are in the suburbs but easily reached on foot or via public transport. The bed-sitters are a short distance from Como Borghi train station (Ferrovie Nord) and the university area.
In the same building of the residence there is a restaurant, a cafè and tobacco shop and a beauty centre, ideal to make more pleasant your stay at our holiday house, both for holiday and business trips. Our residence is managed like a holiday house, perfect for people who need to rent a room or a flat for a short period to visit our city, or foreign students who need to rent a furnished room or a one-room flat for study reasons in order for them to complete their studies.

Residence Carso offers 12 bright and spacious bed-sitters, each room has a cooking area and bathroom, also some rooms have a small balcony. Our residence also offers a reserved car space in its private courtyard for each accomodation.

Each bed-sitter is entirely furnished and the rooms are spacious enough for at least two people. There is a kitchen with cooking facilities in each flat, a fridge and hot plates and an extractor fan for cooking.

The residence has centralised heating, and each bed-sitter has a thermostate to regulate its temperature. The hot water is also centralised.

Each bed-sitter is set up to broadcast national tv channels and to be connected to a telephone land line.

Our residence also offers its guests weekly cleaning and linen change, both for the bedroom and the bathroom.
